Postage Rates. Royal Mail is used for shipping with the United Kingdom and Ireland.  Note that Royal Mail small and medium parcel shipping costs in the United Kingdom are based on weight brackets (1-2kg, 2-5kg and 5-10kg) .  In some instances it may reduce shipping costs if you split your order into two or more separate orders.

International orders.  Shipping of orders outside the UK and Ireland is not supported at present.  The book is available in most countries on line through the Book Depository and other on-line book sellers.

Royal Mail Delivery Delays.  We are aware that parcels posted to some locations in the UK are being delayed.  Royal Mail has informed us that some sorting depots have been severely impacted by COVID related staff shortages.  We apologise if you are affected – please contact us.

“Local Pickup” is an option at checkout.  Please contact us on admin@seasonimages.com to arrange a pickup in South Nutfield, Surrey.

Large orders If you would like to purchase 5 or more copies, please contact us at admin@seasonimages.com

Refunds or replacement.  We do not offer refunds for purchases of the book unless it has not been delivered (on signed for deliveries only) or has been damaged in transit, in which case we will provide a replacement.  Please record photographic evidence of the damage to the book/s and the packaging so that we can claim from Royal Mail.
